- JRA Services Review added: 2018.04.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Contemptuous service. Failed to deliver on time due to a delay, advised would be delivered six hours later between 5-6. Waited but no delivery. Email saying they attempted delivery but we were not in! Phone line is completely automated, so you are unable to speak to someone to resolve. Tried to rearrange only to be told by automated system that we are unable to as too far outside the original delivery slot. This was 15 minutes after the delivery slot! Avoid at all cost.
